Maduma collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and nothing leaves your iPad.
What Maduma is
Maduma is a word game for iPad, for one or two players. You can play the computer, or pass the iPad between you.
What it collects
Nothing. Maduma sends nothing to us or to anyone else.
- There are no accounts, no sign-in and no ads.
- There is no analytics or tracking, and no code from advertising or analytics companies.
- Maduma doesn’t use the internet. It plays the same with Wi-Fi turned off.
What stays on your iPad
So you can carry on later, Maduma keeps two things on your iPad, and nowhere else:
- Your game in progress, saved after every turn.
- Your settings: sound on or off, the names you typed, and the rules you last chose.
Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If your iPad backs up to iCloud or to a computer, Apple may include this in those backups, as it does for any app. Maduma has no access to your backups.
Children
Maduma collects nothing from anyone, children included. The names typed for players stay on the iPad.
This website
This website sets no cookies, has no forms or analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else: its fonts and pictures all come from maduma.app. Like any website, it is served by a hosting company (Vercel), which may keep ordinary technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses, for a short time to keep the site running and secure. Those logs are the host’s. The site itself has no code that collects anything.
Changes
If this ever changes, this page will be updated before the app does, and the date at the top will change with it.
Who makes Maduma
Maduma is made by Not Another Studio LTD (notanother.studio), a product studio in the UK.
